johnfgoodman on "[Plugin: Wordfence Security] Possible PHP error on scan results"

I am not sure, but it looks like I may be getting a php error in my scan results. Is that what it looks like to others? It seemed to display like it should the first time I ran a scan, but now I can't get it to look normal again. Below is a link to the screenshot:
