I upgraded to the latest release of Wordfence, and scans no longer run.
In my error log, I have these two lines (truncated for readability)
WordPress database error Table 'bspd_wordpress.wp_wfNet404s' doesn't exist
WordPress database error Table 'bspd_wordpress.wp_wfVulnScanners' doesn't exist
Using MySQL, I verified that these two tables do not exist.
How do I fix this and get the scans to run again?
