Steve Taylor on "Clear data of Wordfence Security in WordPress admin?"

Not sure this issue should be marked "resolved".

Firstly, it's a bit useless to link to the home page and say the actual FAQ link is "at bottom of page". It's not clearly labelled, and you have to dig to get to what is presumably the intended article:

http://support.wordfence.com/support/solutions/articles/1000010321-how-can-i-remove-all-wordfence-data-or-reset-wordfence-to-the-default

Second, as chntnu100 points out, this fails to really address the issue. I don't want to remove WF, or delete all data. Just purge the stuff that's taking up too much space.

The real problem is the wfhits table. Why should I be forced to lose data on blocked IPs, for instance, which presumably don't take up much space, when some basic logging is taking up tons of space? I dunno, maybe you can just go into phpMyAdmin and safely empty that table, but chntnu100 is right - we can't know if that's safe in terms of corrupting data.

A simple "purge" interface seems essential.
