PositiveMostOfTheTime on "[Plugin: Wordfence Security] Won't Scan after upgrade to 3.9"

Still love this plug in ...but I have it installed on 10 sites. After 3.9 upgrade it won't scan.

Yes I checked the Ajax handler. Working fine.
Yes I disabled other plug ins - No change
Yes I checked connection to WordFence API - Working
Yes I checked memory - No problem there

Any suggestions?
