@micheal thank you for your response if the problem won't resolved i will go to your forums but i check block section of wordfence and i dont see any blocked ip there

but there is nothing in error logs because scans never ends and only go an go in my last scan in log section this is last log:

and in Scan Summary sction these two only go an go:

[May 08 20:58:35]Scanning files for URLs in Google's Safe Browsing List

in options i set
Maximum memory Wordfence can use on 650
and Maximum execution time for each scan stage 800 seconds also my
site have only 500 meg of disk space and there is not much files for scan
also i have bulletproof security along with wordfence but i don't thing it's because of it that scan won't complete because two weeks ago when this site is on apache i have no problem and two plugins work well with each other
