Help me if I'm wrong, but WordFence appears to handle login protection just like most plugins do: it only tracks login attempts, failures, etc on the site it's installed on. BruteProtect (http://wordpress.org/plugins/bruteprotect/) crowdsources it, compiling data from all the sites that have BruteProtect installed, just like Akismet does for spam. In that way you're protected from many attacks/attackers before they even try to attack your site.
Because of WordFence's other great features, it seems like the ideal solution would be WordFence + BruteProtect. But I'm wondering if their respective login protections would conflict with each other.
If I'm wrong, and WordFence does the same as BruteProtect, you guys should highlight that feature a lot more (and make it more clear), because it's HUGE in my mind.
