6.3.15 performs Quick Scan every few seconds

I am using WP 4.8 on Dreampress.

Wordfence 6.3.15 executes one Quick Scan after another, every few seconds. For some reason this behavior makes it impossible for me to deactivate ANY plugin; who knows what else it’s messing up. Downgrading to 6.3.14 solves the problem.
