Hi Mark,
Thanks for responding. I have some other plugins that R/W the DB routinely (one is a form plugin, for example) and they seem to be working fine. I'm also pretty sure ajax works since that is inherent in Wordpress itself. We aren't seeing any other errors. So, beyond that, I'm not sure what's missing.
