I came across this issue, apparently a bug, when checking my Live Traffic in Wordfence:

I was intrigued that there would be a 200 HTTP response code for a URL that does not exist. When looking at the raw access log for my website, I found that in reality it was a 301 code, probably reflecting a non-WWW to WWW permanent redirect.
But somehow this is shown under Live Traffic as a 200.
