editor on "[Plugin: Wordfence Security] Emptying wfHoover database table"

Hello,

in my database, the wfHoover table is 90 megs out of 110. This doesn't happen in other sites of mine, where the table is constantly nil. Can I safely empty this table using phpMyAdmin, or cut its size to some lower size?
