I installed 5.1.14 and noticed that IP address of Filed Login attempts are NOT logged in the "Logins & Logout".
I went back to 5.0.9 and I am able to see Failed Login attempts in the "Logins & Logout"
Database is also not showing IP address in Release 5.1.14, but does show the failed IP login attempt in Release 5.0.9.
I think that something broke between WF 5.0.9 and 5.1.11+.
