It sounds like your home IP address is being blocked. This could be by Wordfence, through the cPanel or by your hosts.
Have you checked your .htaccess file (you can find this in the root level of your site by using FTP or through the cPanel file browser) to see if your IP address is listed there? Be very careful with this file as one false change can lock everyone out of your site. You should back up the existing .htaccess file as a precaution, and then post the code here if you can see your IP address listed.
You can also check if your IP is listed as blocked through the cPanel: Security - IP Deny Manager (if it is you can unblock it through this section of the cPanel), and I would also check if your host is blocking you through their sever level firewall (this happened to me recently).
