I had a huge problem with the plugin, just when I was not available.
On July 22nd, my ISP contacted me and told me the plugin caused problems for the whole server.

It was so bad he had to rename the folder wordfence.
The site became unresponsive and it took almost a minute to load a page. WordPress became almost impossible to use because it kept loosing connection to server.
Today I disabled, uninstalled then reinstalled Wordfence, which I use mostly as a cache plugin.
I have no problem forking 39$ but I want to be sure that such problems won't happen again and that the plugin has at least minimal telemetry to inform me when things look very bad.
