No admin access to disable email notifications

We use a generic webmaster@ email account for all our client’s plugin notifications, so we’re not getting annoyed in our regular inbox but can still keep an eye on our client’s websites.

We used to administer a website and had WordFence installed. We turned off all the notifications from the plugin that we didn’t need, and things were fine.

Then the client moved the site management in-house without notice, changed the password on the WP Admin account, left our email address in the email notification settings for WordFence & turned on all notifications. So we’re getting about 4 emails a week from this site that we no longer manage.

We cannot login to change the email notification account, and they just don’t reply to any communications. AT ALL.

Any ideas?
