Hi all,
I have recently migrated a site to a new domain, but did not do anything about the Wordfence plugin before and after the migration.
But now I see that the license key is the same; should I do something about this? What happens if I do not address this situation?
Is there anything else I need to do after the site migration for the Wordfence plugin?
IMPORTANT: I did see a few posts on this forum about similar issues; however, most responses seem to make the website vulnerable temporarily against complex attacks.
I am especially concerned about this since it seems that the new domain has been targetted by attackers more frequently according to the Wordfence reports, including 2 IPs trying to Bruteforce the site, fortunately without success thanks to WordFence.
This is why I am looking for a solution that will keep ensuring the site’s security (even during the period the solution is being implemented), as well as fixing issues I have overlooked before migration.
Could you please advise on that?
Thank you very much in advance.
