Adding Custom Pattern Blocks

I had previously added a custom pattern block for *.amazonaws.com and I see it in the blocks7 table. The name is there that I gave it “Would never have a person from there.” and the parameters field is: {“ipRange”:””,”hostname”:”*.amazonaws.com”,”userAgent”:””,”referrer”:””}

However, when I go back into the Create Blocking Rule page, it does not show, nor can I save a value I add as the save button never enables. I would expect the existing value to be populated and have the ability to edit the field.

Am I missing something?
