although the above posts are old I am tagging on to this as well, as I have had no response from the thread I started myself with the same problem.
On the 28th July I had 9,550 email alerts of attempted log ins.
Since then
* my site has been extremely slow
* most of the time it bumps me off with the error: Error Establishing Data Connection
(whether I am in the front or backend and whether I am logged in or not
* I cannot access my blocked IP's, and as posters above I wait minutes for it to try to download the blocked IP's and in the end I get a blank page. I do have hundreds of blocked IP's
* On some occassions I get a message: no IP's are blocked
Is it possible I have been hacked or is this an ongoing Wordfence issue?
Is someone able to help me out here?
