Hi Tim,
I have it solved. My hosting provider didn't have a dynamic dns and my isp neither. But when I entered my Dlink router I read that they offer a free dynamic dns. So I created a dlink account and enabled that in my dlink router.
All is working well, so I think it is solved now.
