I've turned off all my IPv6 because of this. I host on Dreamhost and used to have IPv6 addresses, but didn't get much use out of them. No big loss for me.
Cloudflare settings: Automatic IPv6 is off; Pseudo IPv4 is also off.
As soon as Wordfence supports IPv6, I'll turn it back on.
