I asked the dev team to look. They didn't notice anything that looked screwy. I looked at the first one and then did a comparison with what's in the wordpress repository and if you are missing something, at least on the first problem, it's on your server. Our version matches with what's in the wordpress repository (verified with his subversion repo there).
Can you try completely removing the plugin and reinstalling it? It should maintain settings stored in the database but you may want to backup just in case.
