Block Blank (EMPTY) User-Agent

Hi, is there any way to totally BLOCK empty User Agent? Within Wordfence?

Or we have to use .htaccess for that?

Wordfence option “Block IPs who send POST requests with blank User-Agent and Referer” doesn’t seems to work for me. Using an empty user agent browser (via a plugin), i’m NOT blocked.
