User verification failing for admin

Hi

I changed hosting companies and now I can’t log into site WP admin without disabling Wordfence.

I have reCaptcha activated with a v3 key.

I am the owner and creator of the site, and the only user on the site.

The login fails and says login requires verification. When I click on the verification link in the email, it just says the login required verification again.
