No. I'm using current versions of all plugins.
Although if you recall the last issue I had involved the Akismet plugin where the readme.txt file was changed but the developers did not issue an update for the plugin. I have that file on "ignore" until a new version of the plugin is issued. And after marking that file as "ignore" I had no further issues with Wordfence scans until now.
