One of my client’s sites oddly started having 2FA issues today. When logging in and then getting to the 2FA prompt and entering the 2FA code, it gives an error that the code is invalid or expired and redirects back to the login page. However, if you then go to the dashboard it lets you in as if the 2FA login was successful. I’ve checked the time difference between serve and browser and server and WF servers and all is good. I’ve disable object caching, I’ve disabled all other plugins and used a default wordpress theme, and nothing is working for accepting the 2FA and redirecting to dashboard even though by going to the dashboard after attempting to log in has logged us in just fine.
