WFSupport on "[Plugin: Wordfence Security] Call to missing WP function"

Thanks for using Wordfence!

APC hasn't been updated since 2012 and doesn't seem to have any support anymore. I looked and saw its only compatible up to WP version 3.5.2 If you turn it off, does everything work with no errors, including Wordfence?
