Thank you for getting back to me.
Unfortunately, even temporarily deactivating the plugin from my site still resulted in people from Canada and the United States. I have to delete the plugin and files entirely to get it to stop.
Over two days Wordfence blocked over 648 legitimate website visitors from Canada and the US - about 9% of my users!
Anyways, I can't risk trying out this plugin again. I am still trying to respond to all the angry emails from members and really don't have the time to go through this again.
Please advise the best way to get my refund.
