Okay, I reset the settings on the firewall all at 120 minutes and only block the one you suggested, However, I still have a problem with Aweber accessing my website to send out by Blog Broadcasts. It Only manages to communicate with my website once I deactivate the worldfence plugin, then wait for a minute and then reactivate it again. Will it help to add their IP address to my whitelist,I have contacted then to ask them for it.
