I have an API license for version 3.8.9 that is a recurring yearly renewal. The Options page says my Premium API License is active and working.
But when I run a scan, it fails and says my license expired and I'm not a premium user. I can log on to the Wordfence site but not when I try to get to the support forum for help. It says I'm not a premium user, but I am! What is wrong?
