OK, if you'd like you can drop me a personal email at mark at wordfence dot com and create an admin account for me on your site and I'll investigate. If you do decide to do this, then make sure you update this topic so that I notice it. Just let me know that you've created the admin account and that you've sent me an email which includes your domain name.
Please note that I can't spend a huge amount of time on this because we have a lot of priority support customers we need to deal with, but I'll give it a shot and probably resolve it for you.
