compass360 on "[Plugin: Wordfence Security] IP addresses have been locked out from signing in or using the password Broken"

IP addresses have been locked out from signing in or using the password recovery system is not working. It sends me an alert telling me that the ip has been blocked. but when I go the the Blocked IP page it says "No IP addresses have been locked out from signing in or using the password recovery system."
