grenocide on "[Plugin: Wordfence Security] Highlighting problems found, but no details"

Forgot to add I ticked the checkbox to remove all Wordfence data if the plugin is disabled. Reactivated it and problem still occurs both comparing theme and plugin is highlighted in red as a "Problem found" but on scan completing it highlights no new issues
