Wordfence Scan options being reset

I manage a few sites and in all of them I set the Scan options to Standard and with both the time limit and maximum execution time set to 0, but when I go back after a scan it has reset to Limited with both the time options set to 180.
I am the only administrator on the sites.
I saw that this has happened to other users but didn’t see a resolution.
Any suggestions?

Wordfence central being blocked by cloudflare

I’ve gone into my cloudflare account and allowed the ip for wordfence central “54.68.32.247” to be allowed and I can see it showing up in my cloudflare as being allowed in my firewall.
But wordfence central keeps giving me errors saying “We’ve detected CloudFlare blocking our requests to your site” I’ve tried disabling all possible firewall settings and rules from my cloudflare account but it’s still giving the same error.

Unable to reset Admin Password

Hello,
Wordfence was included in a theme I installed and I started using it because of it’s nice MFA capability. Unfortunately I had a power failure and lost my keychain file when the computer shutdown unexpectedly. When I try to reset my password it just sends me a warning that someone is trying to reset the admin password, but it doesn’t send me a password reset. Please help!

We run Configserver Firewall on our server. We use some of the common block lists published out there to block hack attempt traffic at the server network layer level so it doesn’t even reach any of our WordPress sites and thereby cause any load from the Workdpress Plugin PHP Scripts (including Wordfence) from even being executed.
It would seem to me that if you are a user that has paid for Premium to get the blacklist, it should would be beneficial to be given an API key or something to include in a URL that downloads the current list of IP addresses in the blacklist so it can be added and the server firewall level instead of having to have Wordfence keep running and blocking the http request every time an access attempt to WordPress is made from offending IP address.

Rate limiting doesn’t work

Hello,
I have set my rate limiting setting to be very strict, even the plugin itself tells me that.
But it still doesn’t work. The 404 ones work perfectly, but requests don’t.
I understand this feature does not work on cached pages. I have dynamic code on my website which is whitelisted from being cached. Therefore, it gets abused for DDoS attacks. I use WP Super Cache.
Even though the code and the path is not being cached, the rate limiting feature doesn’t work.
Is there any way to resolve this?

Unable to Log into the Wordfence Security Website

I currently have 3 licenses and tried to upgrade to Wordfence premium for another client, but was unable to log into your website. The login worked as normal until I entered the 2FA code and then received a response, “You need to enter a user name and password.” I reset the password twice and still received the error. I did note when I inspected the error using Chrome on the console tab, it showed a 403 error code.
