Reset defaults URL?

Sometimes when I reset defaults, the configure dialog appears.
This is good, because running it again will recreate the .user.ini file and do the initial optimization.

However, other times when I restore defaults, the config dialog does NOT reappear.

Presumably, there is a Wordfence admin page URL that I could go to to re-initate the config?

Can someone share that URL?
