I have a multisite with subdirectories, where most of the sites share a single domain (domain1), but one sub-site has a mapped domain (domain2) (using WPMUDEV’s Domain Mapping plugin).
I use WF firewall country blocking for domain1, because it’s a member only site, and only has members in a handful of countries (vs the number of brute force attacks coming from around the globe).
I thought I had WF set up in a way where the firewall/country blocking would not impact domain2, which is our marketing site and should have global reach. However, recent events demonstrate otherwise. To wit, a friend in India confirmed that he cannot access domain2 when India is blocked by the firewall. This is not desirable.
Is there any way I can set WF so it only blocks on domain1, and not domain2 ?
Thanks for any advice!
