Thanks for the feedback guys. We actually used to have the feature to show you 'unrecognized files' in the core dirs but it was on by default and noisy so we removed it.
Sounds like we need to add an advanced option to add that feature back. I'm filing a bug to try to get this into the next release.
Sebastien, your english is great, don't worry about it. If you have files that Wordfence didn't detect please send them to samples@wordfence.com and we'll add detection for them.
